PTL-401M酸性清潔劑可有效地清潔及活化銅線路表面之氧化物,油墨或干膜殘留物,增強電鍍密著性,不傷害銅面鍍層。
PTL-401M acid cleaner can effectively clean and activate the oxide, ink or dry film residue on surface of copper circuit, enhance plating adhesion and will not hurt copper plating layer.

三、槽液維護
III Maintenance of Solution
標準補充:每處理100m2補充PTL-401 1.8-2.5L
Standard supplement: supplement PTL-401 1.8-2.5L foe processing 100 m2;
更換溶液:每1L工作液處理8-12m2時請更新
Replacing solution: replace solution when 1L solution processes 8-12m2;
注:PTL-401M是酸性液體,使用時請用安全眼鏡,誤濺入眼睛時請以清水沖洗15分鐘以上,并到眼科診所診治.
Note: PTL-401M is acid liquid; please wear protective eyeshade when using it; in case of spattering into eye, please flush with clean water for 15 minutes and get medical treatment in Ophthalmology clinic;
四、酸性清潔劑PTL-401M化學分析
IV Chemical Analysis of Acid
方法:1.取槽液5ml于250ml錐形瓶中
Method: take 5ml solutioin into a 250ml conical flask;
2.加50ml純水并加入2-3滴甲基紅指示劑
2. Add 50ml pure water and add 2-3 drops of methyl red indicator;
3.用0.1N NaOH滴至溶液由紅色變成黃色為終點
3. Use 0.1N NaOH for titration till the solution changes from red to yellow;
計算:[H+](N)=0.01×0.1N NaOH滴定ml數÷5
Calculation: :[H+](N)=0.01×0.1N NaOH (ml) ÷5
[H+]控制范圍:0.3-0.8N
[H+] control scope: 0.3-0.8N
五、安全防護
PTL-401M為酸性液體，使用時請佩戴眼罩、手套及穿安全防護衣。若藥液不慎濺及皮膚、眼睛時應用大量清水清洗，嚴重者應立即就醫診治。
PTL-401M is acid liquid, and when using it, please wear eyeshade, gloves and protective clothes; in case that solution spatters into eye or on skin, immediately flush with plenty of clean water and get medical treatment if necessary. |
