PC-556是單液型的剝錫鉛液,以硝酸為主要成份,非常優秀的產品,能適合于以銅做為底材,電鍍上錫鉛金屬或純錫制品的鍍層剝除用,適用范圍很廣,如：印刷電路板﹑IC制造﹑工業產品等行業。
PC-556 is a single-liquid tin-lead stripping solution with nitric acid as the main content and is a very good product; it can be applied for stripping the tin-lead or pure tin plating with copper as the base-material and has wide application scope, e.g., print circuit board, IC manufacture and industrial product.

四﹑槽液控制
IV Control of Solution
1、比重控制1.2-1.4(1.3-1.35最佳)
1. Specific gravity controlled as 1.2-1.4 (1.3-1.35 is better);
2、酸當量控制3.5N以上
2. Acid equivalent controlled as above 3.5N;
五﹑槽液分析方法
V Analysis Method of Solution
1、比 重：比重計 1.2-1.4
1. Specific gravity: hydrometer 1.2-1.4
2、酸當量分析
2. Analysis of acid equivalent
a、取5mL槽液加入100mL容量瓶中，加純水稀釋至標線位置；
a. Take 5ml solution and add it into a 100ml flask, and add pure water to dilute the solution to the designated level;
b、取5mL稀釋液加入250mL錐形瓶中，再加純水100mL；
b. Take 5ml diluted solution and add it into a 250ml conical flask, and then add 100ml pure water;
c、加3-5滴甲基紅指示劑；
c. Add 3-5 drops of methyl red indicator；
d、用0.1N NaoH滴定，滴至溶液由紅色變為黃色為終點。
d. Uuse 0.1N NaoH for titration till the solution turns from red to yellow;
計 算：酸當量（N）=0.1 × V0.1N NaoH（ml）× 4
Calculation: acid equivalent (N) = 0.1 × V0.1N NaoH（ml）× 4

七﹑安全防護
VII Safety Protection
PC-556為酸性液體，使用時請佩戴眼罩、手套及穿安全防護衣。若藥液不慎濺及皮膚、眼睛時應用大量清水清洗，嚴重者應立即就醫診治。
PC-556 is acid liquid, and when using it, please wear eyeshade, gloves and protective clothes; in case that solution spatters into eye or on skin, immediately flush with plenty of clean water and get medical treatment if necessary. |
